Torrent Falls, Eryri
Autumn at the upper level of Torrent Falls, where water settles briefly before continuing its descent towards the Mawddach. Here in the wooded gorge above Dolgellau, the season gathers quietly. Oak leaves rest on moss-darkened rock, the river carving its patient line through the stone. There’s no spectacle here — just the steady architecture of water and time in Eryri National Park. A landscape shaped by rainfall, gravity and centuries of movement. 📍 Upper Torrent Walk, near Dolgellau, Gwynedd Eryri National Park, Wales
